Important – Before attempting to review your proofs, please carefully read and follow all steps below:
- Click your “Gallery ID” below and enter your password. All client galleries are password protected.
- Once inside the Gallery, your images will appear as thumbnails on a single page.
- You can scan through the thumbnails to see an overview of all images.
- To view a larger version of any image, click the thumbnail to open the Lightbox Viewer.
- Once inside the Lightbox Viewer, use the navigation arrows to move left and right through the gallery.
- The round icons below each image enable additional Lightbox features:

 Comment panel* | Toggles comments on/off the comment plan* |
 Star an image** | Approves the proof (for purchase or additional processing, as noted in the comment panel)** |
* Use the comment panel to request additional retouching, cropping or other editing options. Be sure to click “Post Comment” after each entry to save your comment inside the Lightbox Viewer.
** Whenever entering a comment, please also remember to click the “star.” This will ensure the we receive your comments.
Your comments may not appear right away. In some cases, comments are saved on the server and not visible until approved. No worries, we do receive all comments. Just remember to click “Post Comment” after each entry and click the “star.”
When you’re done reviewing the proofs:
- After you’ve clicked the star and added comments next to the images you like, click the “X” near the top-right corner of any image to close the Lightbox Viewer. This will take you back to the Gallery page.
- Scroll to the bottom of the thumbnails and click “Submit Proofs.”
Note: Remember, only the images with the “star” turned on will be sent to us for processing. - We will review your selected images (and comments), and process your order. We will notify you when your final images are ready.
Please remember:
- Thumbnails and proofs are low and medium resolution. Your final images will be high-resolution images.
- All proofs are marked with multiple proofing watermarks. Purchased images will not contain watermarks.
- Although you can review proofs from a smart device (phone, tablet, etc.), we highly encourage using a laptop or computer with a larger screen to ensure all images display properly.
- Computer monitors, resolutions and color rendering differ which may result in minor color, brightness and contrast variances when viewing your images.
- If you have trouble proofing your images, just reach out by phone, text or email.
