Please follow these steps to select and download your final images:
- Click your “Gallery ID” below and enter your password. All client galleries are password protected.
- Once inside the Gallery, your final images will appear as thumbnails on a single page.
- You can scan through the thumbnails to see an overview of all images.
- Click the first thumbnail to open the Lightbox Viewer. Unlike the Client Gallery Portal, which shows all images, the Client Download Portal only shows the images you’ve previously approved or ordered.
- Once inside the Lightbox Viewer, click the “Shopping Cart” icon below the image. This will open the Shopping Cart panel.
- Now, step through each image using the navigation arrows. Click the “Add” button shown in figure 1 to add each of your final picks to your shopping cart.
- Depending on your purchase agreement, your package may require you to pick all (or a minimum number of) images.
- Depending on your purchase agreement, your cart may show a price next to each image or, if you’ve prepaid or your images are complimentary, your cart may show “Prepaid Digital Image…” $0.00 (figure 2).

Please remember:
- Your final images will be high-resolution images.
- Purchased images will not contain watermarks. If you receive any images with watermarks, please let us know so we can send you a clean image.
- We highly encourage using a laptop or computer with a larger screen to view your final picks.
- Computer monitors, resolutions and color renderings differ. This may cause minor color, brightness and contrast variances when viewing your images.
